With over 35 years experience, I have worked through a variety of market types, whether they be buyer or seller focused, or a more balance market, enabling me to assist my clients make educated decisions in many different buying and selling situations.  I believe that I bring value to every real estate purchase or sale through my marketing and negotiating skills. 

I believe in keeping up to date with changes in the real estate profession, and have been a volunteer throughout my career, serving as a Director on the REALTORS Association of  Hamilton Burlington, and being elected President for 2008.  I have also served as a Director for the Canadian Real Estate Association, being heavily involved in Federal Affairs, lobbying the Government to provide more assistance to home buyers and sellers.  I was awarded an Honorary Life Membership to the REALTORS Association of Hamilton Burlington in 2013 in recognition of my commitment to organized real estate.  I have also been recognized as an Ultimate Service Provider with Coldwell Banker, always putting client’s needs first.

Until recently, I was a lifelong resident of Ancaster, volunteering on the Ancaster Village BIA, helping to make Ancaster attractive to new and existing businesses, to better serve the community.  

A few years ago, I relocated to Brant County, searching for a more rural lifestyle.

When I am not focused on real estate, I am a strong supporter of the local SPCA and Pet Rescues.  That is why the Coldwell Banker Homes for Dogs project is so important to me.  You also will often find me on a golf course when I have the opportunity.
